Feature Requests

I work over night and the Activity settings do not account for this. Day Cutoff Time - Currently only between 12AM and 5AM. It would be nice to be able to set this for any hour in the 24 hour period Automatic Tracking Schedule - I have to set it to track from 12AM to 11:49 PM because my work hours are from 6PM to 7AM. I think an easy solution would be to create segments (allowing for split schedule in a day)

I don't use Google or Outlook. It would be nice to have either a built in calendar, the option to import, or interact with other calendar APIs

Allowing users to create plugins for integration of services would help lighten the load considerably

I'd love it if I could track the difference between how much time I estimate for a focus session, and then the actual time I spend on the focus session. I'm a motion designer / illustrator, so for instance, if I planned to spend an hour illustrating a tree and then the illustration actually took 1.5 hours, I'd love to be able to see the difference between what I planned to do and what I actually did. Hopefully with this data I'd be able to track what kinds of tasks I consistently under-estimate. Or also, if I planned to do a bunch of focus / break sessions, and then actually was on slack or YouTube, I could see the difference there as well, and perhaps pinpoint what activities are most distracting by looking at that data over time.

As an ERP consultant who juggles multiple apps and sites for a project simultaneously, I often struggle with keeping track of the time spent on each task. It would greatly benefit my workflow if there was a feature that could provide me with a timeline of my activities, with time stamps, in chronological order. This timeline could include the apps or sites I worked on, allowing me to easily link time blocks or applications to specific projects. Ideally, this feature would help me streamline my time-tracking process and improve my overall productivity.

I see an edit and a delete button for categories, but no add button? What if I delete all the categories... wouldn't I be stuffed?

Previously, when a site or app didn't match any tracking rule, it was categorized as "uncategorized". The dashboard would then notify me of these uncategorized items. I would then go check which ones and categorize them to my liking by creating new rules if necessary. This was helpful because the absence of a notification meant everything was correctly categorized, and I didn't need to check anything. Some days I wouldn't have to edit any session, as I only used apps and websites that were already in my tracking rules. However, with the introduction of the AI automatically categorizing unknown items, it no longer display notifications for uncategorized items. Now, I have to manually review every session to make sure that all items are correctly categorized (because it never does). The AI will often categorize things as "Miscellaneous", which is unnecessary and not helpful. I would prefer it to use "Uncategorized" instead and display the notification. But when the AI decides to use an existing category, it is 100% of the time wrong. So I have to take extra time, each day, to check everything. All of this is forcing me to spend extra time reviewing everything daily. In this case, the AI is counterproductive. So that's why I would like an option to allow us to disable this feature. Alternatively, a notification could be displayed, similar to previously, that lists the categories assigned by the AI. This way, we could easily accept or edit the results.

When navigating to my Tasks overview, I suffer from having to first click 'All tasks' and then get the button 'New task', why not have it directly in the Tasks overview? Same with Clients and projects.

I'm thinking, mainly in the session review there is a section with top interruptions that focuses on websites or areas that are procrastinating in however a lot of the time my top interruptions are not digital could be coworker asking questions, a phone call etc. Maybe a solution could just be the tag subject system or the spot to add tag.

I renamed a few of the default categories to better reflect what I need. I wanted to rename "Video Conferencing" to simply "Meeting" (by deleting the original "Meeting" first), but since then, the Meeting Categorization Override does not work anymore. I suppose this override only works with the exact category "Video Conferencing". So it would be great if we could rename the category, or add a selector Settings > Meetings to select which category is associated to "Meetings".
