Feature Requests

I'd like to track my productivity on different "workspaces". For example, my full-time job would be a workspace, so I can select it and track all of the time I work on my full-time job there, and I would have a different workspace for my side-project. I think this would help me a lot, as of right now, I can't use Rize while that I work on my side-projects even though I'd love to track my productivity while working on them.

Extending the use of Rize to mobile would be incredibly valuable as it would enable users to track time spent on mobile. This data can then be reviewed and any oozed to the help users make adjustments to the mobiles usage and create better healthier mobile habits.

I don't use Google or Outlook. It would be nice to have either a built in calendar, the option to import, or interact with other calendar APIs

I'm thinking, mainly in the session review there is a section with top interruptions that focuses on websites or areas that are procrastinating in however a lot of the time my top interruptions are not digital could be coworker asking questions, a phone call etc. Maybe a solution could just be the tag subject system or the spot to add tag.

Occasionally I will need to follow a YouTube tutorial or something else that would not be classified as a focus task. It would be good if when the distraction notification pops up, there is a button to say 'This is a part of my focus work'

Sometimes people aren't exactly in any of these 3 modes. Sometimes you need 5-10 minutes before you actually go into focus mode or sometimes you need 5-10 minutes to wind up the work at the end. So a Pre-Focus and Post-Focus mode might be nice

I'd love to see a UI that shows last X weeks, with the types of work and %. Same could be done for months. The reasoning is this: to make actual change based upon data, I want to see trends and how it evolves over time. If I adjust the way I work, I want to see if the next weeks have, e.g., more focus time vs "other" (shallow work). I'm doing this in a spreadsheet right now (see attached). Would love to see this integrated in Rize.

I'd love it if I could track the difference between how much time I estimate for a focus session, and then the actual time I spend on the focus session. I'm a motion designer / illustrator, so for instance, if I planned to spend an hour illustrating a tree and then the illustration actually took 1.5 hours, I'd love to be able to see the difference between what I planned to do and what I actually did. Hopefully with this data I'd be able to track what kinds of tasks I consistently under-estimate. Or also, if I planned to do a bunch of focus / break sessions, and then actually was on slack or YouTube, I could see the difference there as well, and perhaps pinpoint what activities are most distracting by looking at that data over time.

Small request possibly? It would be nice to just hit the break button and have the timer count up until I stop it to log a break session than a countdown timer (possibly with a color phase change after going over the initial specified time I set so I can visually see how badly I'm messing myself up). It could be introduced as a flexible break option. Even as a floating window whilst. I understand the workarounds of extending time to the break until I'm done or setting long timers, but I don't enjoy the psychology of time constraints. It makes me stressed as I'm more flexible. I do think I'll learn how to manage myself better this way too. That's the most important part of all this. Thank you!
