We use Notion as our work operating system. Sometimes I'm doing customer support in it, other times building a strategic plan, documenting a process, or building a workflow. Rize cannot categorize different types of work within the same app. This leaves me to constantly re-categorize the "Notion" activity. I have to do this dozens of times a day--it's not automatic for me at all. Further, the default option when re-categorizing is to create a "rule" so I also need to unselect that to the "one time exception" option. The underlying premise of Rize seems to be there is a stable relationship between a given app and the type of work associated with it. For me and likely other users of Notion or other similar operating systems (e.g., Monday.com , Asana, ClickUp), this may not apply. Perhaps screen recording and using AI to digest the activity on the screen could help; massive engineering lift I'm sure but just my two cents!
