I have disabled break tracking completely. Unfortunately I can't track my breaks but I can accurately bill my employer which is more important.

This is only thing preventing me from purchasing Rize. Including breaks in the working hours feels like I'm cheating my employer and doesn't allow me to accurately track how much time I'm spending on work. Which makes the rest of Rize's data fairly useless to me.
I get that not everyone feels this way, but to me this is a total dealbreaker.

Agree, it would be cool to disable tracking breaks completely. The goal of it, is to have full transparency of your day - e.g. if you have 10 work hours, and 7 is focus, 2 is meetings, you know that you lost somewhere 1h - with auto breaks, it's far less transparent.

I think Rize should strive to help people both stay focused and understand ones ability to stay focused. It's very difficult to look at Rize and get a sense of how productive once was. With a competing app like Timing, there is a simple score that represents how efficient you were that day.
At first I thought work hours was meant to compute 'how much I worked that day' but with breaks built in I think it can be far from accurate for those of us that work from home and may take an hour for lunch for instance.. then go pick up the kids and come back and work some more.. I think removing this is a great first step..
I would love to just see a total of the amount of time worked in work hours over all.. that isn't break time, has nothing to do with focus hours.. just simply 'amount of time spent in work categories'. Maybe this is the sum of focus + meetings + other but it could be clearer.

KI: Agreed. currently, it's too cluttered with too less emphasis on the bottom line of "how well I did today".

+1 for this, I really need this feature!

Additionally we could set up a lunch break (in Germany we have to take it if we work more than 6 hours subsequently) and let this break be subtracted from the working hours but all the small breaks not.
