Hi!
I usually miss the 45 min take a break notification. It would be great if you make it a lot more obvious.
The best example is Stretchly, which is what I've been using for this purpose, I would love to ditch it in favor of only using Rize https://hovancik.net/stretchly/

If there is a setting to set the notification like the previous one, but it could set as more obvious with sounds and/or a light color prompt which need to be closed on the top right of the screen.

I actually prefer it not being too obvious so that if I'm in the zone I don't get distracted and stop!

That's a great suggestion! I would also recommend an eye rest alert.
