Custom Fields For Time Tracking Records With AI Suggestions Over Time

Okay, real talk—this app is already awesome, but here’s something that would take it to the next level for founders and teams like mine.
Right now, there’s no way to categorize work by custom fields. That might sound small, but it’s actually a huge deal...
I’ve been following Dan Martell’s advice from his book Buy Back Your Time and he suggests that when you don't know who to hire next.... just start tracking what you’re doing every 15 minutes and then score each task by how much energy it gives or drains you, and how expensive it would be to outsource.
I’ve done this manually, and let me tell you, it’s BRUTAL. Setting a timer every 15 minutes, stopping what I’m doing, writing it all down, then trying to make sense of it later… it’s exhausting and honestly gets in the way of actually getting work done. But the insights? Game-changing. I’ve found so many gaps between what I think I’m working on and what I’m actually doing.
If you could add custom fields—like dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes—to time entries and tasks, it would make this process SO much easier. I could tag my work as “energy-giving” or “energy-draining,” or mark how complex or expensive something (Think $ vs $$$ type of fields) is to outsource. Then, with reporting, I could actually see where my time and energy are going, not just for me but for my whole team. And if it’s useful for me as a founder, I guarantee it’s going to be a lifesaver for other founders and small teams who want to buy back their time and work smarter, not harder.
Side note: You should totally reach out to Dan Martell about this. He’s super forward-thinking and would probably be all over promoting something like this if you set up the right affiliate relationship.
Bottom line: Custom fields for time tracking would be a massive win. It’s not just a nice-to-have—it’s the kind of thing that could change the way founders and teams work, for real. I literally have so many people that I would immediately send to this platform if this was added because it would solve such a significant pain point.
Bonus points if eventually AI recognizes what types of work I categorize as energy draining or energy-giving, as well as use AI to predict the dollar price tag of each type of task, that would make everything mind-numblingly effortless compared to manualized tracking.
