Improve Tasks identification

On the Home page in the Projects column, there is no way to identify to which Project a certain Task belongs, even when viewing the detailed summary. This may be especially problematic when multiple Projects have the same Tasks.
The suggestion would be to include the Project name as a prefix or suffix to the Task name. Same thing would apply for the Client name.
Color coding would also help for identification.

Yes -- Here I cannot tell what applies to what. In reality Requirements & Timeline move to Make -> Quarterly -> HD Supply.
Here I end up with
1 Hours Requiremnent
1 Hrs Timeline
3 Hours Quarterly
4 Hours for the Client when it should be 2 to the client all day. Maybe X one out if two items in the same space are feeding the same bucket, i.e. Requirements & Quarterly.
Or add a ring border for each connection it is next to. All three on the bottom would have two rings. What if I have a similar named task that applies to two different projects? How could I tell? Or if it's attached to anything?
