I've just completed the 7-day free trial and have some feedback.
I find that 7 days is a bit short, especially with the learning curve involved. With only 5 workdays, it’s challenging to sufficiently grasp and utilize all the features to see the benefits Rize offers.
As an engineer and attorney with experience using time tracking software, I find Rize to be very exciting. However, due to its novelty, it requires some substantial learning before gaining significant momentum. I found myself spending considerable time on the help page and had to reset my account on the third day due to self-inflicted categorization issues. Others with non-technical backgrounds may face an even steeper learning curve and may benefit from more time.
Extending the trial to 10 or 14 days would provide a better opportunity to get the hang of Rize and make an informed decision. I'd bet there are many like myself who are genuinely interested in the product but need adequate time to sufficiently evaluate it before investing in the yearly subscription.
