I'd love to be able to put the time categories into my Google Calendar so I have a log of everything I did outside of Rize too, and viewable amongst all my calendars, not just those shared with Rize.

Ivan Almasi: Not sure how the dev lift differs, but Zapier is the most popular. Make + IFTTT are not too far behind. IFTTT is more personal/smart home though so slightly apples to oranges.
I'd love to be able to trigger something via my IFTTT when I have over a max amount of distracted time. Would be cool.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. What actions would you like to take with a Webhook/Zapier integration? What info would you like to read and write?

Mike Cardona: What about your use case in particular? What would be the most valuable way you would connect Rize and Zapier?

Macgill Davis:
Hi,
I would like to be able to get the total time worked per Category (Focus, Break, Meetings etc) in Zapier - triggered at the end of each day (preference on midnight as the time to trigger).
My use case is that will would like to send that data through Zapier to a google sheet to be able to cross reference that information with other data points (meditation time, supplements, etc) to recognize patterns/trends/events. Later I will move all of the data to a personal web app in which I can still see using Zapier to send the data to the app from Rize.
Later it would be nice to see the break down of time spend on each site, its category and if it was "Focus" or not. I donʻt know how I would build it yet so I donʻt have a solid use case but I can see a potential angle that this data will help me better understand how the "contents of my work day" (meetings (virtual or in person), marketing, coding, etc) affects overall productivity and with this data maybe I could figure out the best "mixture" of work to try and preplan the day into segments if not the week that works best for me.
For what its worth, I will be building this for my friend too who is another Rize user so this is reflective of two userʻs feedback.
Let me know I should clarify anything.

Macgill Davis: Use it so I can create sessions using Alfred <> Zapier, integrate it with Airtable/Notion and create dashboard, track all the activities/categories, etc.

Traven Watase: I would also love to be able to see stats in a Google Sheet and cross reference it with other data.

It would be great to automate Rize
– Adding triggers such as session started, session stopped and project created / task created
– And the other way around, allowing to start session, stop session, create project / create task by an inbound trigger
